Why We Don’t Do Referral Programs or Commissions

Here at Jellybean Photobooth, we’re all about giving our customers the best experience possible – we are the “Sweet Photobooth Company” after all! Since 2016, we’ve built our business by delivering a great, award winning service – and not by paying people to recommend us. Unlike some companies, we’ve made the decision not to do referral programs or pay commissions to venues, agents, or other third party companies. And there’s a good reason for that.

While we’ve got amazing relationships with dozens of wedding professionals and suppliers who regularly recommend us, we believe those recommendations should come from the heart, not because someone’s being paid for it.

Keeping Our Prices Fair and Honest

By not getting involved in referral schemes or commission deals, we can keep our prices fair and simple for everyone. These types of programs often lead to higher costs because, well, someone’s got to cover that extra fee, and it’s usually the customer. Instead of inflating prices to cover someone else’s cut, we prefer to keep things straightforward.

Our pricing is honest and transparent, so what you see is what you get – no hidden costs, no middleman. We think that’s a much better way of doing things, and we believe you’ll agree. And our prices are the first thing you see on all of our package pages… so you don’t have to look far to know how much we charge up front – who wants to “get a quote” and wait days for a reply?

We reckon great service should speak for itself. We don’t need to pay people to say nice things about us because we put all our energy into making sure you have an amazing time.
