Our prop boxes are packed to the brim with an incredible variety of props. From oversized sunglasses to inflatable guitars, feather boas to sparkly hats, you never quite know what you’ll pull out next. All of the boxes are random (although we can add a few special requests if need be) It’s all part of the fun—watching guests rummage through the box, finding the perfect prop, and then striking a pose.

We pride ourselves on being original, and our recognisable prop boxes have become a staple of our amazing service here in South Yorkshire. They’re not just filled with props; they’re filled with opportunities for memories, laughter, and unforgettable photos.

Meet Natasha: The Queen of Props

Now, we couldn’t talk about our prop boxes without giving a big shoutout to Natasha, who’s been with us for an incredible four years. Known affectionately as our Prop Box Manager… no seriously that’s what the team know her as… Natasha is the creative genius behind the variety and quality of props in every single box.

She’s the one who ensures that every prop box is packed to perfection, with the right mix of fun and quirky items to suit any event. From bold inflatables to hilarious wigs, Natasha knows exactly what makes guests smile. And did you know every booking has to have the “seal of approval” from her – our team have to submit their prop box presentation photos. It has become a competition between the team to have the best looking prop box.

Every month or so, Natasha takes charge of the prop budget and goes on the hunt for the best new additions from our suppliers. She’s always looking for fresh ideas and trends to keep things exciting although it can be a little scary for us sometimes leaving her with the corporate bank card to order what she likes…. Thanks to her meticulous planning and eye for fun, our prop boxes are always fully stocked and ready to impress.

More Than Just Props

But our prop boxes don’t just house all the fun—they’re also essential to our team on the job. Inside each box, you’ll find a treasure trove of booking essentials, like:

• Printer ink for seamless photo printing for all of our printers
• Duct tape and spare cables for any setup scenario
• Scissors, tape, glue, and pens for last-minute fixes
• Wet wipes (because you never know when you’ll need them!)
• And even a supply of business cards and flyers… its surprising how many people book through seeing us at an event.

These boxes are the unsung heroes of every booking. They keep our team prepared for anything while still being the star of the show when it’s time for selfies.

Thanks to Natasha’s dedication and attention to detail, our prop boxes have become something of a Jellybean trademark… and whilst we’ve seen many Photo Booth companies around us try to replicate the idea… we are the original. And because we do this full time, it has become a task in itself to maintain our boxes for each and every booking.
