Our week kicks off with a good bit of planning and organizing. First up, we sort out van routes to make sure we’re all set for getting our booths and mirrors across Yorkshire on time, every time. With multiple events lined up, a smooth route helps keep us running like clockwork.
Next on the list is customizing our selfie pods and magic mirrors. Every design we offer is crafted in-house ahead of time, ensuring it’s just right for your event. By the start of the week, we’ll have checked in with you to confirm everything’s spot on, from the animations to the look and feel. Then, we load up the software, adding those final touches that make your Photo Booth experience one of a kind!
While we’re at it, we also get your online galleries prepped in advance. This way, once the event wraps up, you and your guests can jump straight online to browse and share those brilliant snapshots.
Then comes a bit of spit and polish! We give all our red carpets and backdrops a proper clean so everything is spotless and picture-perfect. Midweek is also when we give our printers, mirrors, and booths a good test. We check for updates and run full diagnostics to make sure every bit of kit is in top shape. After all, there’s no room for tech slip-ups on your big night!

When the weekend rolls around, we load up the vans with everything we need—magic mirrors, selfie pods, red carpets, backdrops, the works. We send out final timings to the team and check in one last time with clients to make sure all the details are just so.
Then, it’s showtime! During peak season, up to 14 of Team Jellybean are out in full force, covering up to six events in a single night. From helping guests strike a pose to adding a dash of fun to every snap, our team makes sure everyone has a laugh and leaves with memories to keep.
