Wortley Hall sits just outside Sheffield and Barnsley in the little village of Wortley, surrounded by 26 acres of formal gardens and woodland. It’s a proper stately-home setting, with history, original features and plenty of grand rooms, but it never feels overly stiff or intimidating. The grounds are a huge part of the appeal too, whether couples are using the terrace and gardens for photographs or making the most of the woodland and countryside around the Hall. It’s one of those venues that feels nicely tucked away while still being really easy for guests travelling from across South Yorkshire.
Magic Mirror and Photobooth Hire at Wortley Hall is one we know very well, and the Hall gives us a brilliant setting for the evening part of a wedding. Working at this venue for over 10 years we are a recommended supplier here and know the team very well. We can keep the setup elegant enough to sit comfortably alongside the historic surroundings, while still bringing the bit of Jellybean chaos that tends to arrive once the formal photographs are finished. Personalised prints, animations, your chosen backdrop and our Team Jellybean attendants all come together to make the mirror feel part of the wedding rather than something that has simply been wheeled into a corner. Then the props come out and any remaining dignity is entirely in your guests’ hands.
If you are getting married/ having your event in the ball room, we recommend having your photo booth or mirror in the “red room” just off the side of the ball room near the bar. If you are having your event in the dining room or lounge, then we recommend one of the corners as the best location.

Absolutely. All of our hires include fully personalised prints, screen animation, online gallery and even the guestbook. We also have many customers and couples add the venue image / sketch / illustration from their stationery to their prints too. Check out our print gallery for examples of how we do this.
All of our documents including PAT testing, public liability, risk assessments and employers liability are all available on the “important documents” section in the menu above. Most venues including this one will have received our documents before. However if you are unsure please contact a member of our team. We automatically send the most up to date documents across to your venue 4 weeks before your booking.
All of our standard packages include unlimited visits during your hire, instant personalised prints, your choice of backdrop, props, personalised screen animations, an online gallery and Team Jellybean attendants to look after everything throughout the evening. If you have booked one of our digital only unmanned hires through SelfieCo, these include digital downloads instantly, and full support throughout the hire through our live chat and monitoring service.
