OEC Sheffield sits on Penistone Road in Hillsborough, just a few miles from Sheffield city centre, and is a completely different proposition to the barns and country houses you’ll find elsewhere on our venue list. It’s a purpose-built, contemporary events venue with stylish interiors, dynamic lighting and flexible spaces that can be adapted for everything from smaller celebrations to seriously big parties. The Rivelin Suite can be divided into different spaces depending on your numbers, there’s loads of free parking outside and, as a licensed ceremony venue, you can have everything from the ‘I do’ right through to the last dance under one roof.
Magic Mirror and Photobooth Hire at OEC Sheffield is a particularly good match because this is a venue designed for a proper evening party. The modern surroundings work brilliantly with our Magic Mirrors and Photobooths, and we’ll personalise the prints and screen animations around your wedding rather than turning up with the same generic design we used somewhere else the night before. Add your choice of backdrop, unlimited visits and Team Jellybean there throughout to get everyone involved, and you’ve got another little area of the party that guests keep coming back to. With OEC able to host some pretty sizeable celebrations, we’ve also got plenty of potential victims for the prop box.
There are three main rooms at OEC – Rivelin 1, 2 and 3. The booth can be located anywhere in each room and we can usually work with Tom, Martrece and the team at OEC to advise on the best location based on your number of guests and how many rooms you have booked.

Absolutely. All of our hires include fully personalised prints, screen animation, online gallery and even the guestbook. We also have many customers and couples add the venue image / sketch / illustration from their stationery to their prints too. Check out our print gallery for examples of how we do this.
All of our documents including PAT testing, public liability, risk assessments and employers liability are all available on the “important documents” section in the menu above. Most venues including this one will have received our documents before. However if you are unsure please contact a member of our team. We automatically send the most up to date documents across to your venue 4 weeks before your booking.
All of our standard packages include unlimited visits during your hire, instant personalised prints, your choice of backdrop, props, personalised screen animations, an online gallery and Team Jellybean attendants to look after everything throughout the evening. If you have booked one of our digital only unmanned hires through SelfieCo, these include digital downloads instantly, and full support throughout the hire through our live chat and monitoring service.
We automatically contact all of our venues by email with a short itinerary of our timings, delivery time, and all of our policies and documents so they have them to hand.
