Jellybean Photobooth Limited – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between Jellybean Photobooth Limited (“Provider”) and you (“Client”) for the provision of photo booth services. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Period & Setup
- Your booking includes the agreed service duration as specified on your invoice.
- We will arrive approximately one hour before the service period to set up the booth to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- The photo booth will be operational for at least 90% of the booked time, with brief interruptions only for essential maintenance (e.g., paper or ink changes, printer jams, camera adjustments). If any maintenance exceeds the 10% downtime, your booking will be extended by the exceeded downtime.
- If additional setup time is required due to venue restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, you must inform us in advance.
- Your booking may require us to deliver the equipment to your venue early either on the day of the event, or the day before. We will try and avoid any important times such as guests arriving, marriage ceremony etc however you will be required to let us know of any times to avoid upon your final details 4-6 weeks before your booking. We will work with your venue and inform them of delivery.
- We require a minimum of 30 minutes after the event for dismantling and pack-up.
- If you wish to extend the service period on the day of the event, an additional hourly fee will apply, subject to staff availability. This is the discretion of the team at your booking and other bookings on that day.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth operation, you must provide:
- Easy and safe access to the venue, including details of stairs, elevators, or restricted access points. Please inform us in advance of any potential obstacles.
- A minimum space of 4m x 4m with at least 2.5m height clearance to accommodate the photo booth and setup area.
- To notify us of the location of the photo booth upon completion of a final details form before your event (sent to your email 4-8 weeks before your event)
- A 220V power outlet within 10 feet of the booth setup area.
- A covered area for outdoor events (e.g., marquee or similar). If a suitable covered area is not provided, Jellybean Photobooth Limited reserves the right to refuse service outdoors for safety and equipment protection.
- If access to the performance area is deemed unsuitable upon arrival, the booking may be cancelled, and a £100 fee plus travel costs (50p per mile) will be charged, in addition to forfeiting the £75 deposit.
- You are responsible for ensuring guests follow booth rules and do not engage in behaviour that may cause damage to the equipment or disruption to the service.
- You are responsible for informing us of any special floor in your venue such as parquet, solid untreated or varnished wood, or stone so we can work with your venue to ensure our cables are secure to the floor.
3. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Provide a fully operational photobooth for the booked duration.
- Offer unlimited photo sessions (unless stated otherwise in your package) within the booked time.
- Provide upto 4 custom-designed print layouts featuring up to four photos per print.
- Supply themed props at no extra cost, unless otherwise specified.
- Deliver a USB stick containing digital copies of all images and an online gallery available for at least 12 months for you and your guests to access.
- Ensure an onsite attendant is present to assist guests, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain the booth throughout the event.
- Deliver, set up, and remove the booth efficiently to minimise disruption.
- Provide free travel within 50 miles of Sheffield, with additional mileage charged at 50p per mile (both ways).
- Offer technical support if required during the event.
4. Payments & Booking Confirmation
- A £75non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- All prices on our website include VAT at 20%, with our invoices defaulting for our domestic customers to include the VAT. If you require a VAT breakdown on your invoice, please let us know or state on your booking request you are booking on behalf of a business.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than one calendar month before the event date.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card, online invoice, or bank transfer (please use the event date as reference).
- If the balance is not paid one month before, a £25 late fee per week will be applied.
- If full payment is not received within 7 days of the event, the booking will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
- You may pay in instalments (minimum £10 per payment by bank transfer), provided the full balance is settled on time.
5. Date Changes & Cancellations
- Date changes must be requested in writing at least one calendar month before the event. Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If no suitable alternative date is available, the booking will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
- Cancellations more than one calendar month before the event will result in the loss of the £75 deposit.
- Cancellations within one calendar month of the event will be charged a £100 cancellation fee in addition to losing the £75 deposit.
- In the unlikely event that Jellybean Photobooth Ltd must cancel due to an emergency, full refunds will be provided, or an alternative date will be offered where possible.
6. Damage & Misuse
- The Client is responsible for any damage to the photo booth caused by misuse, negligence, or theft.
- The photo booth must not be moved, altered, or tampered with by anyone other than our staff.
- Children must be supervised while using the booth. Any damage caused by unsupervised children will be charged at replacement cost. In some cases children may be required to have an adult to accompany them during a session in the photo booth. This is the discretion of the team members at your booking and their decision is final.
- If the booth is deemed unsafe due to but not limited to; inappropriate guest / client behaviour, misuse of equipment, abuse to venue / Jellybean colleagues, verbal or physical violence, or theftl we reserve the right to shut down the service immediately without a refund.
7. Liability & Warranty
- If a mechanical failure or unforeseen issue prevents us from providing service, our maximum liability is a full refund of payments received.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- If partial services are provided due to issues beyond our control, we will refund on a prorated basis.
- We are not liable for lost photos due to guest mishandling or accidental deletion after the event.
8. Privacy & Model Release
- Opt-In/Opt-Out: You may choose whether or not we can use your event photos for promotional purposes. You will be opted in automatically.
- By opting in, you grant Jellybean Photobooth Ltd the right to use your event photos for marketing, social media, and advertising including but not limited to photos of your guests, photos taken of our photo booths at your event. All guests using the photo booth hearby give to Jellybean Photobooth Limited the right and permission to copyright and use photographic portraits, or pictures of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade or any other purpose.
- We respect your privacy and will never share your photos without your permission.
- If you do not wish for your photos to be used or you wish to opt-out, please confirm at the time of booking or email us at hello@jellybeanbooth.co.uk before your booking proceeds.
9. Public Liability & Insurance
- We hold £2 million Public Liability Insurance.
- Our team (including contractors) is covered under Employers’ Liability Insurance.
- If your venue requires proof of cover, email stacey@jellybeanbooth.co.uk.
- If additional coverage is required, this can be arranged at an extra cost with at least two weeks’ notice.
- All our equipment is PAT tested annually. If your venue requires a PAT test certificate, please request it via email.
10. General Terms
- If any term in this agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
- This contract represents the entire agreement between the Client and Jellybean Photobooth Ltd and supersedes any prior communications.
- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, ensuring a fair resolution for both parties.

- A covered area for outdoor events (e.g., marquee or similar). If a suitable covered area is not provided, Jellybean Photobooth Limited reserves the right to refuse service outdoors for safety and equipment protection.

- Supply themed props at no extra cost, unless otherwise specified.
- Supply a free backdrop if this is chosen upon booking. If no availability of the selected backdrop, a suitable alternative will be provided or removed from your booking.
- Deliver a USB stick containing digital copies of all images and an online gallery available for at least 12 months for you and your guests to access.
- Ensure an onsite attendant is present to assist guests, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain the magic mirror throughout the event.
- Deliver, set up, and remove the magic mirror efficiently to minimise disruption.
- Provide free travel within 50 miles of Sheffield, with additional mileage charged at 50p per mile (both ways).
- Offer technical support if required during the event.
4. Payments & Booking Confirmation
- A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- All prices on our website include VAT at 20%, with our invoices defaulting for our domestic customers to include the VAT. If you require a VAT breakdown on your invoice, please let us know or state on your booking request you are booking on behalf of a business.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than one calendar month before the event date.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card, online invoice, or bank transfer (please use the event date as reference).
- If the balance is not paid one month before, a £25 late fee per week will be applied.
- If full payment is not received within 7 days of the event, the booking will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
- You may pay in instalments (minimum £10 per payment by bank transfer), provided the full balance is settled on time.
5. Date Changes & Cancellations
- Date changes must be requested in writing at least one calendar month before the event. Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If no suitable alternative date is available, the booking will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
- Cancellations more than one calendar month before the event will result in the loss of the £75 deposit.
- Cancellations within one calendar month of the event will be charged a £100 cancellation fee in addition to losing the £75 deposit.
- In the unlikely event that Jellybean Photobooth Ltd must cancel due to an emergency, full refunds will be provided, or an alternative date will be offered where possible.
6. Damage & Misuse
- The Client is responsible for any damage to the magic mirror caused by misuse, negligence, or theft.
- The magic mirror must not be moved, altered, or tampered with by anyone other than our staff.
- Children must be supervised while using the magic mirror. Any damage caused by unsupervised children will be charged at replacement cost. In some cases children may be required to have an adult to accompany them during a session in the magic mirror. This is the discretion of the team members at your booking and their decision is final.
- If the magic mirror is deemed unsafe due to but not limited to; inappropriate guest / client behaviour, misuse of equipment, abuse to venue / Jellybean colleagues, verbal or physical violence, or theftl we reserve the right to shut down the service immediately without a refund.
7. Liability & Warranty
- If a mechanical failure or unforeseen issue prevents us from providing service, our maximum liability is a full refund of payments received.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- If partial services are provided due to issues beyond our control, we will refund on a prorated basis.
- We are not liable for lost photos due to guest mishandling or accidental deletion after the event.
8. Privacy & Model Release
- Opt-In/Opt-Out: You may choose whether or not we can use your event photos for promotional purposes. You will be opted in automatically.
- By opting in, you grant Jellybean Photobooth Ltd the right to use your event photos for marketing, social media, and advertising including but not limited to photos of your guests, photos taken of our magic mirrors at your event. All guests using the magic mirror hearby give to Jellybean Photobooth Limited the right and permission to copyright and use photographic portraits, or pictures of any magic mirror user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade or any other purpose.
- We respect your privacy and will never share your photos without your permission.
- If you do not wish for your photos to be used or you wish to opt-out, please confirm at the time of booking or email us at hello@jellybeanbooth.co.uk before your booking proceeds.
9. Public Liability & Insurance
- We hold £2 million Public Liability Insurance.
- Our team (including contractors) is covered under Employers’ Liability Insurance.
- If your venue requires proof of cover, email stacey@jellybeanbooth.co.uk.
- If additional coverage is required, this can be arranged at an extra cost with at least two weeks’ notice.
- All our equipment is PAT tested annually. If your venue requires a PAT test certificate, please request it via email.
10. General Terms
- If any term in this agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
- This contract represents the entire agreement between the Client and Jellybean Photobooth Ltd and supersedes any prior communications.
- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, ensuring a fair resolution for both parties.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between Jellybean Photobooth Limited (“Provider”) and you (“Client”) for the provision of photo booth services. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
The following contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between Jellybean Photobooth Ltd (Provider) and (the parties), for sweet cart services for an event taking place at YOUR VENUE. This written contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.
Service Period
The Service Period will be for (SEE INVOICE FOR DATES, TIMES, AND DURATION OF BOOKING). We will arrive by the agreed setup time to setup the sweet cart(s). Provider agrees to have a Sweet cart hire throughout the period outlined on the online invoice.
All goods supplied for hire, remain the property of Jellybean Photobooth Ltd. Jellybean Photobooth Ltd reserve the right to take photographs of the Sweet Cart(s)/Ferris Wheel, Millions Machine stand & Ferrero Rocher Stand, prior to event taking place. Only Decorations provided by Jellybean Photobooth Ltd are allowed. Any damage or loss caused to the Sweet Cart, Ferris Wheel, Ferrero Rocher Stand, Millions Machine stand, Sweets Jars, Glassware, Acrylicware or Decorations will incur a charge. All the Sweet Cart Hire package prices are based on a minimum of 100g of sweets per person.
The Sweet Ferris Wheel includes approx 5 – 6 Kg of sweets. All sweets that are left over from each booking, are packaged up and left with the customer to enjoy upon Jellybean Photobooth colleagues collecting the equipment. If the Sweet Cart, Ferris Wheel or Ferrero Rocher Stand are hired for an event, and it has been agreed for us to collect them the morning after, the customer is more than welcome to take the remaining sweets on the evening of the event. Any sweets that are left in these circumstances, will be packaged up on our arrival, and we will agree with the customer, what they wish to do with these. If they wish to keep them, this is with the understanding that they have been left overnight, uncovered. The customer can choose whether they still wish to eat the remaining sweets.
Client Obligations
- Good access for delivery to performance area. Provider should be informed if in case access is only through stairs. JellyBean Photobooth Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking for the reason of inaccessibility to performance area. A £100 fee will be charged for the lost hour and round trip travel charged at 40p per mile, in addition to the forfeit of any booking deposit.
- A smooth level surface with an area of at least 2m x 1m and a height of at least 1.5m for the candy cart setup.
- A 220 V electric outlet for the lighting of the candy cart within 10 feet of the desired performance area, if lighting is required.
- A covered or tented area if the event is outdoor (marquee or similar). If in case a covered or tented area cannot be provided by the client, JellyBean Photobooth Ltd reserves the right at any time to deny service outdoors for reasons that might damage our equipments.
Jellybean Photobooth Obligations
- Provide candy cart hire services for the time booked (as per the online invoice.
- Free transportation within indicated service area (20 miles of Sheffield, or 50 miles if booked with a Photo Booth). An additional payment for the transportation will be charged accordingly for events outside the service area. (Charged at 50p per mile outside the 25 mile radius both ways)
- Deliver, install, and remove the candy cart is a timely manner.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of £50 is due upon signing of this contract. The remaining amount is due at least 4 weeks before the date of your booking. We accept cash through our online invoice by Credit/Debit Card. We also accept BACS bank transfer. (Payments by bank transfer must include the date of booking as transfer reference.) We do not secure your date on our calendar until the deposit is received. If the full balance has not been paid 4 weeks before the function, a charge of £25 will be added to the invoice per week overdue. If the full balance is not cleared within 7 days of the booking date, the retainer shall be forfeited and event cancelled. The invoice can be cleared at any time in installments (minimum £10 installments) through standing order or regular payments online.
Jellybean photobooth / sweet cart hire will also require a £20.00 breakage deposit, when the balance is paid, which will be refunded within 1 week after the event, subject to no damage, loss or breakages to the Sweet Cart(s), Ferris Wheel, Millions Machine, Ferrero Rocher Stand, Jars, Glassware, Acrylicware or Decorations. (We will notify you of any damage or loss as quickly as possible after the event). If the damage, or loss is greater than £20.00, we will send you an Invoice for the required additional amount, which is to be paid within 4 weeks from the Invoice date. Payments can be made by cash, paypal or bank transfer. (We will confirm receipt of all payments).
Delivery / Sweet Cart Assembly
Free delivery is included in all packages up to 20 miles of SHEFFIELD, South Yorkshire (S9 1AH Postcode). Permission for the Sweet Cart to be placed at the venue is the responsibility of the person making the booking.
Please note the size of the Adult Cart once assembled is:
Height: 6 Ft 8″ / 210 cm
Length: 5 Ft / 152 cm
Depth: 1 Ft 11″ / 60 cm
Only a representative of Sweets to Select should move any of the items Hired.
Date Changes & Cancellations
Date changes should be done at least 4 weeks before the event through written request either electronic (text messaging or email) or in paper. Change is subject to candy cart availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the retainer shall be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellation shall forfeit the £50 retainer paid during the signing of the contract and an additional £100 cancellation charge. Any additional payment shall be refunded.
Damages to Provider’s Equipment
Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s Equipment caused by: A) Any misuse of the Provider’s Equipment by Client or its guests, or B) Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or earthquake). The client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for supervising any children with the Candy cart and any damage or loss to the Provider’s equipment as a result of children misusing the equipment will be charged for replacement.
As stated Jellybean Photobooth / sweet cart hire require a £20.00 breakage deposit, when the balance is paid, which will be refunded within 1 week after the event, subject to no damage, loss or breakages to the Sweet Cart(s), Ferris Wheel, Ferrero Rocher Stand, Jars, Glassware, Acrylicware or Decorations. (We will notify you of any damage or loss as quickly as possible after the event). If the damage, or loss is greater than £20.00, we will send you an Invoice for the required additional amount, which is to be paid within 4 weeks from the Invoice date. Payments can be made by cash, paypal or bank transfer. (We will confirm receipt of all payments).
Warranty
Client and JellyBean Photobooth / sweet cart hire agree that in the event of a mechanical failure or for any reason or inability to perform such that JellyBean cannot provide functioning candy cart hire, that JellyBean’s maximum liability is the return of any payments received. Client agrees that JellyBean Photobooth / candy cart hire will not be responsible for consequential damages. If only partial services can be provided due to conditions beyond JellyBean Photobooth’s control, then the rental charges are to be refunded on a prorated basis.
Model Release Option
YOU CAN CHOOSE TO OPT IN OR OUT TO OUR MODEL RELEASE OPTION. PLEASE CONFIRM WHEN BOOKING.
We realize some clients want the photos from their event to remain private, which is why we have the option above. We’d love to use photos of our sweet carts our web site, in promotional material and on our social media pages; but understand your privacy. Client agrees to, and understands the following: The right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures of the sweet carts and venue may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. In addition I, hereby release, discharge and agree to save JellyBean Photobooth / sweet cart hire, from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
Food Safety & Hygiene
Jellybean Photobooth are advising you that some of our sweets may contain or have traces of nut or nut oils, they may also have been in contact with products and sweets containing nuts. Jellybean Photo Booth / sweet cart hire are not responsible for any issues resulting from any food allergies. All of the allergens and ingredients present in all of our sweets provided on our sweet carts are available on our website at https://www.jellybeanbooth.co.uk/sweet-cart-hire/sweet-options/ . If you would like more information on the ingredients / allergens please contact us.
Jellybean Photobooth / Sweet cart hire are not responsible for any issues that arise from our customers’ guests using the Sweet Cart, Ferris Wheel, popcorn or candy floss machines. Customers should make suitable arrangements to ensure that children/adults are supervised adequately to avoid any safety issues that may occur.
Miscellaneous Terms
If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, then that provision, or portion thereof, shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, or portions thereof. This is the entire agreement between Provider and Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between parties, Client agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration.
PUBLIC LIABILITY
All bookings with Jellybean Photobooth are covered by minimum £1m public liability insurance. If the client’s venue require a copy of the proof of cover, this can be provided on request by emailing stacey@jellybeanbooth.co.uk. If your venue requires a higher value of cover, this can be arranged for an extra fee. For more information please get in touch.
All of the equipment provided by Jellybean Photobooth are PAT tested annually and maintained to ensure safety for the clients. If the client’s venue requires a copy of the PAT testing certificate, this can be provided on request by emailing stacey@jellybeanbooth.co.uk.

- If additional setup time is required due to venue restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, you must inform us in advance.
- Your booking may require us to deliver the equipment to your venue early either on the day of the event, or the day before. We will try and avoid any important times such as guests arriving, marriage ceremony etc however you will be required to let us know of any times to avoid upon your final details 4-6 weeks before your booking. We will work with your venue and inform them of delivery.
- We require a minimum of 30 minutes after the event for dismantling and pack-up.
- If you wish to extend the service period on the day of the event, an additional hourly fee will apply, subject to staff availability. This is the discretion of the team at your booking and other bookings on that day.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth operation, you must provide:
- Easy and safe access to the venue, including details of stairs, elevators, or restricted access points. Please inform us in advance of any potential obstacles.
- A minimum space of 4m x 4m with at least 2.5m height clearance to accommodate the photo booth and setup area.
- To notify us of the location of the photo booth upon completion of a final details form before your event (sent to your email 4-8 weeks before your event)
- A 220V power outlet within 10 feet of the booth setup area.
- A covered area for outdoor events (e.g., marquee or similar). If a suitable covered area is not provided, Jellybean Photobooth Limited reserves the right to refuse service outdoors for safety and equipment protection.
- If access to the performance area is deemed unsuitable upon arrival, the booking may be cancelled, and a £100 fee plus travel costs (50p per mile) will be charged, in addition to forfeiting the £75 deposit.
- You are responsible for ensuring guests follow booth rules and do not engage in behaviour that may cause damage to the equipment or disruption to the service.
- You are responsible for informing us of any special floor in your venue such as parquet, solid untreated or varnished wood, or stone so we can work with your venue to ensure our cables are secure to the floor.
3. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Provide a fully operational photobooth for the booked duration.
- Offer unlimited photo sessions (unless stated otherwise in your package) within the booked time.
- Provide upto 4 custom-designed print layouts featuring up to four photos per print.
- Supply themed props at no extra cost, unless otherwise specified.

- Children must be supervised while using the magic mirror. Any damage caused by unsupervised children will be charged at replacement cost. In some cases children may be required to have an adult to accompany them during a session in the magic mirror. This is the discretion of the team members at your booking and their decision is final.
- If the magic mirror is deemed unsafe due to but not limited to; inappropriate guest / client behaviour, misuse of equipment, abuse to venue / Jellybean colleagues, verbal or physical violence, or theftl we reserve the right to shut down the service immediately without a refund.

- If a mechanical failure or unforeseen issue prevents us from providing service, our maximum liability is a full refund of payments received.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- If partial services are provided due to issues beyond our control, we will refund on a prorated basis.

- Opt-In/Opt-Out: You may choose whether or not we can use your event photos for promotional purposes. You will be opted in automatically.
- By opting in, you grant Jellybean Photobooth Ltd the right to use your event photos for marketing, social media, and advertising including but not limited to photos of your guests, photos taken of our magic mirrors at your event. All guests using the magic mirror hearby give to Jellybean Photobooth Limited the right and permission to copyright and use photographic portraits, or pictures of any magic mirror user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade or any other purpose.
- We respect your privacy and will never share your photos without your permission.
- If you do not wish for your photos to be used or you wish to opt-out, please confirm at the time of booking or email us at hello@jellybeanbooth.co.uk before your booking proceeds.
9. Public Liability & Insurance
- We hold £2 million Public Liability Insurance.
- Our team (including contractors) is covered under Employers’ Liability Insurance.
- If your venue requires proof of cover, email stacey@jellybeanbooth.co.uk.
- If additional coverage is required, this can be arranged at an extra cost with at least two weeks’ notice.
- All our equipment is PAT tested annually. If your venue requires a PAT test certificate, please request it via email.
10. General Terms
- If any term in this agreement is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
- This contract represents the entire agreement between the Client and Jellybean Photobooth Ltd and supersedes any prior communications.
- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, ensuring a fair resolution for both parties.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding contract between Jellybean Photobooth Limited (“Provider”) and you (“Client”) for the provision of photo booth services. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Period & Setup
- Your booking includes the agreed service duration as specified on your invoice.
- We will arrive approximately one hour before the service period to set up the magic mirror to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- The magic mirror will be operational for at least 90% of the booked time, with brief interruptions only for essential maintenance (e.g., paper or ink changes, printer jams, camera adjustments). If any maintenance exceeds the 10% downtime, your booking will be extended by the exceeded downtime.
- If additional setup time is required due to venue restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, you must inform us in advance.
- Your booking may require us to deliver the equipment to your venue early either on the day of the event, or the day before. We will try and avoid any important times such as guests arriving, marriage ceremony etc however you will be required to let us know of any times to avoid upon your final details 4-6 weeks before your booking. We will work with your venue and inform them of delivery.
- We require a minimum of 30 minutes after the event for dismantling and pack-up.
- If you wish to extend the service period on the day of the event, an additional hourly fee will apply, subject to staff availability. This is the discretion of the team at your booking and other bookings on that day.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth operation, you must provide:
- Easy and safe access to the venue, including details of stairs, elevators, or restricted access points. Please inform us in advance of any potential obstacles.
- A minimum space of 3.5m x 3.5m with at least 2.5m height clearance to accommodate the magic mirror and setup area including backdrop (if selected on booking) and complete flat access into your venue for the Mirror-X.
- To notify us of the location of the magic mirror x upon completion of a final details form before your event (sent to your email 4-8 weeks before your event)
- A 220V power outlet within 10 feet of the magic mirror setup area.
- A covered area for outdoor events (e.g., marquee or similar). If a suitable covered area is not provided, Jellybean Photobooth Limited reserves the right to refuse service outdoors for safety and equipment protection.
- If access to the performance area is deemed unsuitable upon arrival, the booking may be cancelled, and a £100 fee plus travel costs (50p per mile) will be charged, in addition to forfeiting the £75 deposit.
- You are responsible for ensuring guests follow magic mirror rules and do not engage in behaviour that may cause damage to the equipment or disruption to the service.
- You are responsible for informing us of any special floor in your venue such as parquet, solid untreated or varnished wood, or stone so we can work with your venue to ensure our cables are secure to the floor or alternative arrangements – this may mean opting out of using a backdrop to prevent cables trailing on the floor.
3. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Provide a fully operational photobooth for the booked duration.
- Offer unlimited photo sessions (unless stated otherwise in your package) within the booked time.
- Provide upto 4 custom-designed print layouts featuring up to four photos per print.
- Supply themed props at no extra cost, unless otherwise specified.
- Supply a free backdrop if this is chosen upon booking. If no availability of the selected backdrop, a suitable alternative will be provided or removed from your booking.
- Deliver a USB stick containing digital copies of all images and an online gallery available for at least 12 months for you and your guests to access.
- Ensure an onsite attendant is present to assist guests, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain the magic mirror throughout the event.
- Deliver, set up, and remove the magic mirror efficiently to minimise disruption.
- Provide free travel within 50 miles of Sheffield, with additional mileage charged at 50p per mile (both ways).
- Offer technical support if required during the event.
4. Payments & Booking Confirmation
- A £75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- All prices on our website include VAT at 20%, with our invoices defaulting for our domestic customers to include the VAT. If you require a VAT breakdown on your invoice, please let us know or state on your booking request you are booking on behalf of a business.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than one calendar month before the event date.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card, online invoice, or bank transfer (please use the event date as reference).
- If the balance is not paid one month before, a £25 late fee per week will be applied.

Jellybean Photobooth Ltd – Registered at Unit 8-9 Petre House, Petre Street, Sheffield, S4 8LJ.
The following contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between Jellybean Photobooth Ltd (Provider) and (the parties), for sweet cart services for an event taking place at YOUR VENUE. This written contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.
Service Period
The Service Period will be for (SEE INVOICE FOR DATES, TIMES, AND DURATION OF BOOKING). We will arrive by the agreed setup time to setup the sweet cart(s). Provider agrees to have a Sweet cart hire throughout the period outlined on the online invoice.
All goods supplied for hire, remain the property of Jellybean Photobooth Ltd. Jellybean Photobooth Ltd reserve the right to take photographs of the Sweet Cart(s)/Ferris Wheel, Millions Machine stand & Ferrero Rocher Stand, prior to event taking place. Only Decorations provided by Jellybean Photobooth Ltd are allowed. Any damage or loss caused to the Sweet Cart, Ferris Wheel, Ferrero Rocher Stand, Millions Machine stand, Sweets Jars, Glassware, Acrylicware or Decorations will incur a charge. All the Sweet Cart Hire package prices are based on a minimum of 100g of sweets per person.
The Sweet Ferris Wheel includes approx 5 – 6 Kg of sweets. All sweets that are left over from each booking, are packaged up and left with the customer to enjoy upon Jellybean Photobooth colleagues collecting the equipment. If the Sweet Cart, Ferris Wheel or Ferrero Rocher Stand are hired for an event, and it has been agreed for us to collect them the morning after, the customer is more than welcome to take the remaining sweets on the evening of the event. Any sweets that are left in these circumstances, will be packaged up on our arrival, and we will agree with the customer, what they wish to do with these. If they wish to keep them, this is with the understanding that they have been left overnight, uncovered. The customer can choose whether they still wish to eat the remaining sweets.
Client Obligations
- Good access for delivery to performance area. Provider should be informed if in case access is only through stairs. JellyBean Photobooth Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking for the reason of inaccessibility to performance area. A £100 fee will be charged for the lost hour and round trip travel charged at 40p per mile, in addition to the forfeit of any booking deposit.
- A smooth level surface with an area of at least 2m x 1m and a height of at least 1.5m for the candy cart setup.
- A 220 V electric outlet for the lighting of the candy cart within 10 feet of the desired performance area, if lighting is required.
- A covered or tented area if the event is outdoor (marquee or similar). If in case a covered or tented area cannot be provided by the client, JellyBean Photobooth Ltd reserves the right at any time to deny service outdoors for reasons that might damage our equipments.
Jellybean Photobooth Obligations
- Provide candy cart hire services for the time booked (as per the online invoice.
- Free transportation within indicated service area (20 miles of Sheffield, or 50 miles if booked with a Photo Booth). An additional payment for the transportation will be charged accordingly for events outside the service area. (Charged at 50p per mile outside the 25 mile radius both ways)
- Deliver, install, and remove the candy cart is a timely manner.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of £50 is due upon signing of this contract. The remaining amount is due at least 4 weeks before the date of your booking. We accept cash through our online invoice by Credit/Debit Card. We also accept BACS bank transfer. (Payments by bank transfer must include the date of booking as transfer reference.) We do not secure your date on our calendar until the deposit is received. If the full balance has not been paid 4 weeks before the function, a charge of £25 will be added to the invoice per week overdue. If the full balance is not cleared within 7 days of the booking date, the retainer shall be forfeited and event cancelled. The invoice can be cleared at any time in installments (minimum £10 installments) through standing order or regular payments online.
Jellybean photobooth / sweet cart hire will also require a £20.00 breakage deposit, when the balance is paid, which will be refunded within 1 week after the event, subject to no damage, loss or breakages to the Sweet Cart(s), Ferris Wheel, Millions Machine, Ferrero Rocher Stand, Jars, Glassware, Acrylicware or Decorations. (We will notify you of any damage or loss as quickly as possible after the event). If the damage, or loss is greater than £20.00, we will send you an Invoice for the required additional amount, which is to be paid within 4 weeks from the Invoice date. Payments can be made by cash, paypal or bank transfer. (We will confirm receipt of all payments).
Delivery / Sweet Cart Assembly
Free delivery is included in all packages up to 20 miles of SHEFFIELD, South Yorkshire (S9 1AH Postcode). Permission for the Sweet Cart to be placed at the venue is the responsibility of the person making the booking.
Please note the size of the Adult Cart once assembled is:
Height: 6 Ft 8″ / 210 cm
Length: 5 Ft / 152 cm
Depth: 1 Ft 11″ / 60 cm
Only a representative of Sweets to Select should move any of the items Hired.
Date Changes & Cancellations
Date changes should be done at least 4 weeks before the event through written request either electronic (text messaging or email) or in paper. Change is subject to candy cart availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the retainer shall be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellation shall forfeit the £50 retainer paid during the signing of the contract and an additional £100 cancellation charge. Any additional payment shall be refunded.
Damages to Provider’s Equipment
Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s Equipment caused by: A) Any misuse of the Provider’s Equipment by Client or its guests, or B) Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or earthquake). The client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for supervising any children with the Candy cart and any damage or loss to the Provider’s equipment as a result of children misusing the equipment will be charged for replacement.
As stated Jellybean Photobooth / sweet cart hire require a £20.00 breakage deposit, when the balance is paid, which will be refunded within 1 week after the event, subject to no damage, loss or breakages to the Sweet Cart(s), Ferris Wheel, Ferrero Rocher Stand, Jars, Glassware, Acrylicware or Decorations. (We will notify you of any damage or loss as quickly as possible after the event). If the damage, or loss is greater than £20.00, we will send you an Invoice for the required additional amount, which is to be paid within 4 weeks from the Invoice date. Payments can be made by cash, paypal or bank transfer. (We will confirm receipt of all payments).
Warranty
Client and JellyBean Photobooth / sweet cart hire agree that in the event of a mechanical failure or for any reason or inability to perform such that JellyBean cannot provide functioning candy cart hire, that JellyBean’s maximum liability is the return of any payments received. Client agrees that JellyBean Photobooth / candy cart hire will not be responsible for consequential damages. If only partial services can be provided due to conditions beyond JellyBean Photobooth’s control, then the rental charges are to be refunded on a prorated basis.
Model Release Option

We realize some clients want the photos from their event to remain private, which is why we have the option above. We’d love to use photos of our sweet carts our web site, in promotional material and on our social media pages; but understand your privacy. Client agrees to, and understands the following: The right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures of the sweet carts and venue may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. In addition I, hereby release, discharge and agree to save JellyBean Photobooth / sweet cart hire, from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
Food Safety & Hygiene

Jellybean Photobooth are advising you that some of our sweets may contain or have traces of nut or nut oils, they may also have been in contact with products and sweets containing nuts. Jellybean Photo Booth / sweet cart hire are not responsible for any issues resulting from any food allergies. All of the allergens and ingredients present in all of our sweets provided on our sweet carts are available on our website at https://www.jellybeanbooth.co.uk/sweet-cart-hire/sweet-options/ . Jellybean Photobooth / Sweet cart hire are not responsible for any issues that arise from our customers’ guests using the Sweet Cart, Ferris Wheel, popcorn or candy floss machines. Customers should make suitable arrangements to ensure that children/adults are supervised adequately to avoid any safety issues that may occur.
Miscellaneous Terms
If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, then that provision, or portion thereof, shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, or portions thereof. This is the entire agreement between Provider and Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between parties, Client agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration.
PUBLIC LIABILITY
All bookings with Jellybean Photobooth are covered by minimum £1m public liability insurance. If the client’s venue require a copy of the proof of cover, this can be provided on request by emailing stacey@jellybeanbooth.co.uk. If your venue requires a higher value of cover, this can be arranged for an extra fee. For more information please get in touch.
All of the equipment provided by Jellybean Photobooth are PAT tested annually and maintained to ensure safety for the clients. If the client’s venue requires a copy of the PAT testing certificate, this can be provided on request by emailing stacey@jellybeanbooth.co.uk.
