September marks the official kick-off to wedding fayre season, and we couldn’t be more excited. We’re already a few weeks into the autumn fayre season and it’s been truly amazing to see all of the lovely couples flocking to get that all important wedding inspiration. From now until November, our weekends are packed with wedding shows across Yorkshire, meeting amazing couples, chatting weddings, and sharing everything that makes Jellybean Photo Booth stand out (including Natasha)

This past weekend, we continued the season with a bang at the I Do Magazine Wedding Show at the Canon Medical Arena in Sheffield. It was an incredible turnout being one of the busiest shows of the year; and we had the best time catching up with suppliers and meeting so many couples planning their big day. Many we’ve already seen at shows previously – and loads of you seeing our craziness on social media.

And here’s something that really made us smile: out of the first 10 couples who visited our stand… 7 had already booked us. That says everything. Our friends over at “The Story of You Photography” put it well last week…. “Jellybean are everywhere, we love working with Jellybean.” We invest alot into ensuring you can see our physical presence across Yorkshire, so you can see our equipment up close and personal, see the quality, and see the personalities behind the camera.

Couples don’t need to be pressured into booking Jellybean. They already know who we are, they’ve seen us across socials, they’ve heard the recommendations, and they come to wedding fayres just to say hello and put a face to the name.

We’re Not Here to Push You

Here’s the difference. Some suppliers use fayres as a numbers game, with how many couples can they “lock in” before the day is done? You’ll often hear the shouts about “availability going fast” or “don’t miss out.” And hey, if that’s what they have to resort to, good luck to them.

Our stance from back when we started in 2016 is that no-one should be pressured into booking. We have stuck by this value… we don’t pressure into getting booked in due to dates booking quick. We give you all the information up front including our simple pricing structure… and let you get home to absorb that information. Wedding fayres and exhibitions are alot to absorb, and you shouldn’t make a decision on the day (unless you’ve scoped us out so much you’re literally knowing our every move)

Yes, we’re South Yorkshire’s biggest booth supplier. Yes, our diary for 2026 is busy (and we’re even seeing 2027 bookings). But we’ll never pressure you to book there and then.

Because booking a supplier for your wedding isn’t about who’s the loudest on the day. It’s about finding people you trust to be part of your wedding. That’s why couples book us — not because they were scared they’d “miss their date,” but because they felt confident in who we are and what we do.

Real Conversations Over Hard Sells

At a fayre, we want to talk about you — your wedding, your story, your ideas. For us, wedding shows aren’t sales pitches; they’re a chance to connect and for you to feel special. Some couples are ready to book, some are still gathering ideas, and some are just there for inspiration. That’s fine by us.

We know a booth is often one of the last things on your checklist. And that’s why we’d rather you take your time, scope out suppliers, scroll through TikTok, and come back to us when you’re ready. Because the right decision is the one made without pressure.
