VAT Registered & Business Friendly

Unlike many photo booth companies in South Yorkshire, we’re VAT registered, which is a big win for our corporate clients. That means our services are fully VAT-reclaimable — ideal for expenses and budgeting.

We also offer flexible payment options including deposits or Purchase Orders, so if you’re a large organisation with procurement processes, that’s no problem. Our dedicated corporate account manager, Stacey, will look after your booking from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally and keep you up to date with everything.

Want to go the extra mile? We offer:

  • Custom printed backdrops with any design of your choice – £200+VAT
  • Fully branded selfie frames – £60+VAT each

These aren’t off-the-shelf designs — we create everything from scratch based on your brand, colour scheme and event brief. Whether it’s a professional corporate look, retro nostalgia or something completely out-of-the-box, we make sure your event looks cohesive, professional, and on-brand.

Stacey (our account manager) works with you to get designs signed off with full proofs, so there are no surprises on the day. Once approved the artwork will automatically be uploaded to our devices (no off the shelf designs); and everything will be in place.

Custom Print Sizes & Concepts

Our standard options include 6×4 or 6×2 strip prints, but if you want something different, we’ve got you!

You can opt for:

  • 6×6 or 6×8 extra-large formats with our large format printing
  • Mock newspaper front pages with personalised articles between sessions and areas to leave messages.
  • Faux record album covers with overlays and branding.
  • Custom coupons or branded vouchers on each print to entice your guests.

Real-Time Sharing, Your Way

No dodgy third-party upload services here. All our booths and mirrors are connected to our own secure website and server — which means our team at Jellybean stay in control of your content. One thing we take seriously is privacy and security – and this means everything to us. Due to the number of events we are a part of, and the sheer number of photos; we have our own dedicated server to look after your photos. This means you truly know where your photos are being stored and no worry about third party services having access to these and potentially removing / charging you in the future.

Need your guests to upload photos to your own server? Want branded QR codes that go directly to your site? Fancy having every snap auto-update on a giant screen in the middle of your venue? We can do all of that too. Not only is Adam our graphics guy, but also our web expert that can organise custom FTP or App uploads.

We also offer instant uploads for guests to share directly to social media, with custom hashtags, branded overlays, and more. It’s live and it’s secure!

Printer Pooling

So if you’re planning an extremely large event, our equipment is capable of pooling. And if you’re asking what this is, it means we can utilise more than 1 printer in tandem, to ensure more guests get their prints. Whilst our printers aren’t exactly slow; 12 seconds is 12 seconds – and if 20 people are requesting a print every minute then pooling is a great way to connect lots of printers on our internal network to manage all the prints.. And with 12 mirrors at our arsenal too, you could line these up and deliver a huge branding experience to your guests.
