2025 has been one of those stand out years at Jellybean. At many points throughout the year we have took a gentle breather and thought…. wow this year has been mental. But it just kept on coming.

As you may also know, its also been one of the most challenging years we’ve ever had; with one of the busiest calendars, the largest team we’ve had plus add to the mix that Adam had to leave us for some time to focus on something close to his heart (literally). Whilst he’s fully back in the business, it was a true realisation on how organised, focused and amazing our team are and it didn’t stop us.

So here it is … we’ve put together this last blog post of the year and it is cleverly titled Jellybean Photobooth: 2025 Wrapped.

The Numbers (Because Everyone Loves a Good KPI)

We’ll start with the facts and some amazing achievements.

• 12% increase in bookings year on year (yes we do have a big whiteboard tracking this and yes it’s a great feeling seeing us grow year-on-year)
• Over 400 couples and clients trusted us to be part of their celebrations with 0% downtime.
• £700+ donated to a charity close to our hearts here in the steel city… The Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.
• 400 red carpets cleaned (our backs will never be the same and a lot of carpet cleaner used!)
• 70,000+ individual photos taken on all of our booths, mirrors and selfie pods.
• 40+ wedding fayres attended across Yorkshire and beyond.
• 2 wedding awards won 🏆🏆 (The iDo Wedding Awards 2025, and the Yorkshire Wedding Awards 2025)
• 35,000+ miles clocked up in Jellybean vans
• 2 sets of brake discs replaced on Jellybean 1 (thanks Andy haha!🚐💸)

And yes… we also gained:

• 1 extremely invested friend in the industry who went as far as fake reviews to try and get our attention (without switching on his VPN). We must be doing something good!

The Team Stepped Up (Big Time)

2025 wasn’t without its challenges; For a large chunk of the year, Adam was out of the business after undergoing heart surgery…something that understandably took priority over everything else.

What happened next is something we’ll never forget. We got together as a team (over a Wetherspoons burger of course) and instantly removed him from the rotas, to plan an intense solution to driving the vans, providing additional tech training and ensuring we had everything in place. We didn’t just let the business “tick over”, we moved on and each and every member of #TeamJellybean smashed it (as usual and we wouldn’t expect any less) – but it was also one of the most heart warming moments to see our dedicated team but also friends to deliver one of the best years we’ve ever had.

One thing we didn’t expect (or more so Adam) was the support from the events and wedding industry. Whilst he was away he was flooded with messages of support (not forgetting the beautiful video from all of our friends in weddings put together by the wonderful Tara from JFYO). We’ve never seen so many people come together and be there for us. Whilst Adam might have lost a few friends along the way (as clearly his health wasn’t important to them)… Jellybean has built some amazing and stronger foundations for 2026 and beyond. It’s been a year of intense change but realisation that we’ve got some truly amazing friends in the events world.

Our People (Yes…This Is Our USP)

Some photo booth companies like to say that their team isn’t their USP.

Ours absolutely is. People don’t just book Jellybean for a booth or mirror… they book Jellybean for the people behind it. We hear this so much at wedding fayres, and in person couples see our craziness, see the fun and the passion. It’s also something that can’t be replicated. Businesses can try and copy our style, our social media posts and even use AI to try and copy some of our marketing; but they can’t copy our team. Our team are the most recognised Photo Booth team in South Yorkshire and that’s not us saying that!

We regularly hear: “You’re everywhere — and we love working with Jellybean.” That says everything.

We also built brilliant relationships with dozens of wedding and event suppliers too who get it — teamwork makes events better. The list will be far too long on here but a huge thank you to each and every wedding / events company who have collaborated and supported us throughout 2025.

Awards and Recognition

Another year of award winning and celebrations. Whilst we couldn’t judge one awards ceremony this year due to it not going ahead, we managed to snap up two industry leading awards from 2 of the largest wedding awards in Yorkshire.

• Photobooth of 2025 at the iDo Wedding Awards 2025 and Yorkshire Wedding Awards 2025.
• We also sponsors of 2 Wedding Award Events so everyone attending could take away a memory.
• And, did we mention this already, we’re the Most recognised photo booth brand in South Yorkshire.

When you’re visible, consistent, and genuinely good at what you do… people notice and we love it!
We also had the honour of joining the iDO Exclusive Suppliers club, that champions amazing and trustworthy suppliers for weddings, vetting and ensuring couples are safe when booking with brands and companies they can trust. The Exclusive club is a great point to start a wedding journey and with all the inspiration in one place with suppliers that won’t run away.

One Hell of a Christmas Party 🎄🥂

After the year we’ve had, there was only one way to end it … A proper Jellybean Christmas party at our new office in Newhall in Sheffield.

No booths. No vans. No timelines. Just our amazing team getting together with one huge UberEats invoice to look back at. It was a time to reflect on the amazing year we have had, some individual achievements but also a room where we could truly get together. This is not something that we can do often but a day to let our hair down, have some fun and obviously we had to have a selfie.

Looking Ahead: What 2026 Has in Store

If 2025 was big… 2026 is going to turn heads across the industry.

Here’s what’s coming:

• Two brand‑new launches joining the Jellybean Photobooth family. These has been in the works for some time but we have been working behind the scenes ensuring our infrastructure is in place and tested to deliver two amazing new brands.
• Increased availability across all hire options – we increase availability each year and this year is no different with 20% availability increased for the 2026 season.
• More vans, more staff, more capacity – we work efficiently but sometimes we just need more transport. So more vans will be added to allow easier and quicker delivery to venues, with bigger capacity in the loading areas.
• Some very nice long‑distance trips (purely for research obviously) – Myself and Adam will be taking some time travelling Europe and further afield to scope out further expansion.
• New collaborations with some of the biggest names in weddings and events – This one is truly exciting but we’ve got some great plans with some amazing friends we work very closely with.

Let’s just say… watch this space.

What Won’t Change

The tech will evolve, The branding will grow, The business will expand.

But one thing stays exactly the same: The people who make up Jellybean (our USP).
And that’s why couples trust us. That’s why venues recommend us. That’s why guests remember us.
