Planning your wedding is supposed to be one of the most exciting times in your life. You’ve said “yes,” and now it’s time to bring your dream day to life. Pinterest boards, wedding fayres, dress fittings, cake tastings (our favourite bit at wedding fayres). But behind all the magic, there’s one thing that can make or break your experience… the suppliers you choose to trust. We’ve been here for ten whole years but we’ve seen the impact over the years of non-genuine businesses in the industry.
That’s why we’re beyond proud to share that Jellybean Photobooth has joined forces with I Do Magazine as a trusted member of The Exclusive Club… a specially selected group of premium wedding suppliers, handpicked and fully vetted to give couples peace of mind, and to help raise the standard across the industry. Their vetting process is designed specifically to highlight wedding professionals who demonstrate exceptional reliability, talent, and professionalism in the industry… and these alone are our company values we deliver every day.

When something is “Too Good to Be True”
Throughout 2025 alone, we’ve had more than ten couples book us after being scammed. Yep. Ten.
Ten of our own wedding couples who were left stressed, panicked, and out of pocket because someone they thought was a legit supplier either disappeared, delivered something dreadful, or simply never existed to begin with. It’s happening far too often, and sadly, it’s not always easy to spot the red flags when you’re busy planning the biggest day of your life.
The most common occurance is the suppliers offering “too good to be true” packages and being unable to deliver. Even our team here at Jellybean love a deal (of course we look for deals when purchasing our USB sticks in bulk), but this is an industry where your big day is the most important day of your life but can also be expensive. But we’ve seen this loads this year. Whilst we’ve been able to support and jump in to ensure their day isnt ruined, we are still only one small part of their day and this has happened with many couples for their photographers, wedding decor and even their entertainment.
But wouldn’t it be better if this didn’t happen in the first place?

So… What Is The Exclusive Club?
An amazing collaboration with the original founders of the Exclusive Club, and the experts over at I Do Magazine, The Exclusive Club is a carefully curated collective of genuine, trusted, and exceptional wedding suppliers. Businesses who’ve been fully vetted on real-world experience, reliability, and professional integrity.
Here’s how they describe it:
“A New Level of Distinction for Premium Wedding Professionals.
Are you tired of seeing exceptional suppliers like yourself bundled together with those who disappoint couples? We understand how frustrating it is when one bad experience affects client perception of the entire industry.”
That right there is why we joined. We’ve been here for ten whole years and it makes sense for us to be a part of it.
Raising the Bar for the wedding industry.
Being part of The Exclusive Club is about taking a stand for ourselves, for our couples, and for this industry we love. It’s about proving that there are suppliers out there who don’t cut corners. Who show up early. Who fix problems before you even notice them.
It’s also about aligning with like-minded businesses… ones we know, trust, and regularly work alongside at weddings across Yorkshire and beyond. From florists and photographers to stylists and celebrants, the Club is packed with talented folks who go the extra mile. And more importantly…they’re real, reliable, and reputable.

Spotting the Scammers
The Exclusive Club have an extensive list of approved and vetted suppliers so do check them out over at

some amazing wedding businesses, and also friends from across the industry. Plus if you are a supplier looking to join the club and put your customers at the forefront of everything you do, then I would highly recommend you join, and support the industry in ensuring we put a stop to the scammers.
In case you’re currently browsing wedding suppliers and wondering who to trust, here are a few red flags that should make you pause:
- Payment in full, up front, with no contract – this is a the biggest red flag, and more obvious in January when it is the time for “self assessment”. Deposits are normal so don’t be pushed into paying in full, even for a special offer.
- Too good to be true prices – if it’s miles cheaper than everyone else, or theres loads in a package for a very cheap price, this is also a big red flag.
- No insurance or public liability cover – ask your supplier for proof of these, they are an essential part of running a business and also a requirement for wedding venues.
- Hard to find online – They might have a social media page, but do they have a website, or even an email and phone number? Social media pages are free and easy to create so ensure the businesses you are searching for have a true online presence.
- No physical address, no trading history, no reviews – all signs of a vanishing act. Look at the full history of the business through Google reviews, TrustPilot and even social media history.
And perhaps the biggest red flag? That gut feeling. If something doesn’t sit right, trust your instincts.

Proud to Be In This Club
Being included in The Exclusive Club feels like more than a badge… it’s a reflection of everything we’ve worked for as a business. All the hours spent setting up booths in rain and shine and ensuring we put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
We’re here for the right reasons like all of the businesses in the Exclusive Club.
We want couples to enjoy planning their day without worrying if someone will let them down. We want you to feel excited about who you’re booking, not nervous. We want you to be wowed on the day—and to get your photos straight after, with no silly mistakes and no vanishing acts.
At Jellybean, we’ll always go above and beyond to look after our couples. And now, as part of The Exclusive Club, we’re joining forces with some of the best in the business to raise the standard for everyone. So if you’re planning your big day and want a team of suppliers who show up, deliver what they promise, and genuinely care then check them out!
