We’re not just about showing up with a camera and hoping for the best.
At Jellybean Photobooth, every single part of your magic mirror or booth experience is carefully designed to fit your day… whether that be our high-energy award winning #TeamJellybean to the extensive props we have at each booking, and yes… even the print design itself. Because that little printed strip of memories is something you’ll keep for years. It might end up on your fridge, in your memory box, or tucked into your wedding guestbook. I still have a Photo Booth print from my first wedding fayre up in York back in in 2015!

Your Print Designed With Love
Here’s how we make sure your prints are personal, polished, and professionally put together.
1. The Final Details Form – Where we get everything finalised
Roughly 4–6 weeks before your event, you’ll get a message from us asking you to fill out your Final Details Form. This is a digital form that lets you tell us everything we need to know – from your colour scheme and theme to your backdrop choice and any reference images you’ve got.
If you’ve got invites, logos, Canva graphics, or even a doodle on the back of an envelope – pop it in the upload section. We can work with it.
The form makes things super easy and keeps everything in one place. When you complete this, it gets forwarded to our design team and also gets instantly filed on our server, where you’re marked as pending. No endless back-and-forth emails. Just us, taking the time to actually read what you’ve sent and build something tailored to your day.
2. We Design It Properly – Because You Deserve Better Than Clip Art
Once we’ve got your ideas, our in-house design team gets to work. And this isn’t someone dragging and dropping random clip art into a template. And we certainly don’t use a pre-made list of templates.
Our team use Photoshop and Illustrator (yes, actual professional design software) and we’ve got licences for Shutterstock, Freepik, and Envato – meaning we can use thousands of high-end design assets to build something bespoke for you.
Want us to match your wedding invite font? We can do this with our dedicated plugins that can identify specific fonts you’ve used (plus Adam in the office is a bit of a font nerd). We can also extract fonts from documents and even web pages.
Got a specific image you love? We can work it in. We can image trace logos and make them less pixelated, and we can even pop your images into our reverse image search plugin to find the image in our extensive library of assets.
Need something fun and unique like a flight ticket or vinyl record design? We can do that too. Designs are what we do day-in day-out, and we just do it as part of our service. So if you’re a massive Jet2 Holiday fan (queue the Jess Glynn song) and you want a boarding card style design – we can do that. We’ve seen loads of unique styles and designs, and our favourite at the moment is the “festival design” with the outdoorsy feel weddings and the festival ticket being the Photo Booth print.
This is where we shine.

3. Prefer to Design in Person? Come See Us!
If you’re local and want to be involved in the design yourself, you’re more than welcome to pop into the office and book an appointment.
We’ve got a comfy setup, a massive screen, and a kettle that’s always on. You can sit with our team and we’ll build your design together, live, right in front of you. Choose fonts, tweak layouts, try new ideas – it’s your event, so let’s make it your print too. Get some inspiration from our previous designs and we can put together something bespoke for you. And of course you can bring along your wedding stationery or branding, we can scan it in and build something for you.
It’s actually one of our favourite parts of the process – because we get to chat, laugh, and watch it all come to life together.
4. Your Style, Your Size, Your Way
While most prints are standard 6×4 or 6×2, we also offer 6×6 and 6×8 options for when you want to go a little bit different (whilst these do come at an extra charge this does mean we can offer something truly unique for your event for branding launch)
Love the idea of a boarding pass layout for your honeymoon party? Or maybe a record sleeve for your retro-themed 60th? (Spelling checked and all, don’t worry 😉) We’ll make it happen.

Experts at the Detail…So You Don’t Have To
Design is personal. It’s not just something we throw together last minute or borrow from someone else’s template folder. It’s created, reviewed, and refined by people who care and truly have attention to detail… and with our extensive graphic design background, we know what they’re doing.
So whether you’re planning a massive wedding, a low-key birthday, or the most glam prom in Yorkshire – rest assured, your print will be as brilliant and thoughtful as the event itself.
