When it comes to planning your big day, we know every decision matters. And sometimes, a phone call just won’t cut it. That’s why at Jellybean Photo Booth, we go one better. Our in-person appointments take place at our own dedicated office and showroom, located just minutes from Meadowhall in Sheffield. We’re a very flexible team with great availability to meet the team and see us in person throughout the week.

What Makes Our Appointments Different?

We’ve created a space where you can truly experience what we do best – helping you visualise your day and giving you the confidence that everything will be picture-perfect. Here’s what you can expect when you visit:

• See Every Booth and Mirror in Action – From our full-length Magic Mirrors to our sleek Selfie Pods, you’ll get to try before you book including the on screen overlays, the print designs and how the touch screens work.
• Sample the Photos – Take a few test shots, try out different filters (or experiences so they call them), and see how the photos print there and then (usually within 10-15 seconds)
• Explore Our Backdrops – Our backdrops are beautiful, but also better seen in person. You can truly see how these will look at your big day or event.
• View Our Magic Mirror Frames Up Close – The frames matter! Seeing them in person can help you choose the perfect one whether it be our most popular Hollywood frames, to our beautiful floral frames.
• Raid the Wall of Random Props – From rubber chickens to 7ft inflatable bananas (yep blame Natasha for that one), it’s your first taste of the fun we bring to your event. We do prop requests too 😉
• Get Inspired by Our Print Wall – Browse through hundreds of past designs, layouts, and themes to spark ideas for your own prints. You can also see our funny test prints that each member of our team is required to do before the event starts.

It’s a Bit Like a Coffee Date (With Bananas)

Our showroom is a relaxed, welcoming space where you can settle in with a hot drink (we’re very proud of our posh bean-to-cup coffee machine – with oat milk options, of course). It’s not a sales pitch – it’s a proper sit-down chat with the people who’ll be bringing the booth magic to your wedding or event. This year we’ve seen a huge increase of people wanting to see us in person and ensure we are “real people”.

You’ll meet Stacey or Adam (or both!) and sometimes Natasha too – Even Connor and Andy pop their heads in from time to time. Real people, not a faceless inbox or a rushed phone call. We take our time getting to know you, walking through the process, and answering any and all questions you might have. We can also advise on more specific things about your venue including recommendations, locations and best timings based on your numbers.

Not Just for Booking – Final Details Too

These appointments aren’t just for couples booking for the first time. Many of our couples come back closer to the wedding for their final details meeting – to run through timings, select their props, confirm their print designs, and generally make sure everything’s just right.

We’ll go through all of it with you, using our print inspiration wall to guide your choices and make sure your prints fit perfectly with your theme and venue. Seeing it all laid out in real life can make a massive difference.

Why It Matters

We know a lot of suppliers say they do in-person appointments – but not all of them have an actual office or showroom space. Ours is fully equipped, staffed, and designed to give you the full experience – not just a quick chat in a café or someone’s car. Did we mention its fully air-conditioned (why do you think we’re there all week!)
