The grand 1890s building has been completely reimagined, but rather than covering up its character, the refurbishment leans into it. You get heritage architecture, bold modern interiors and the impressive Met Ballroom, all just a few minutes’ walk from Leeds station. It feels grown-up and stylish, but importantly it still feels like somewhere you can have a really good party.
